| I was wondering what if there are hostile aliens waiting for an opportunity to take over earth, or maybe looking at past and present history of conflicts we have they already conquer us in a more subtile way? Is all about perception and one of this is that man is a basic hostile entity, that is why alot of wars, but this where done to gain more resources in a calculated way and not out of rage of a population. Democracy is the best drug invented, you think you are in control due to the voting sistem but the fact is no matter what you vote, same people are pulling the strings (and they don't come at front). Or this is a strong possibility to be like this. If there are some aliens wanting to invade, democracy is a great system to infiltrate.

| This is a terrifying motive that haunts my thoughts and nightmares; still, it’s just as plausible as anything. A reason that an extraterrestrial civilization might explore the planets, (or the planet Earth specifically) is because they may have expended all of the natural resources on their own planet or Mother Ship, and are looking for a suitable planet to harvest materials from. It’s a simple motivation that’s easy for us to relate to. Just like when we became limited on land in the hunt for more oil, we widened our search out into the seas; a planet of extraterrestrial beings capable of traveling great distances might look at our planet as a gigantic quarry, farm, field, or garden, that’s ripe for the picking. (Suitable for Harvest) Think about this: When a farmer grows his crops he starts with a seed. Over time, that seed grows into a plant. Over more time, that garden of plants grows large enough to grow fruit, vegetables, tobacco, or some other form of life that’s appropriate for harvest. Great planning and care is taken in the planting of the seeds, the growing and nurturing the plants, and the preparations and maintenance of its environment. They’re constantly making sure they utilize as much of the allotted space available; to assure their harvest will yield the largest and best crop conceivable. The goal is to get as much out of the crop, with as little effort and expense as possible; to assure the final harvest is as large and as profitable as possible. Once the process has been started, very little effort is required if the proper preparations have been made. Well now I pose to you this question… What if Humankind is nothing more than a crop that an extraterrestrial civilization has been painstakingly preparing for harvest? Think of the possibility we (asthe human race)may be some extraterrestrial life forms idea of: livestock, food, slave, seed, or pet. When viewed universally, if we (as a species) were someone else’s crop; how could they have possibly done a better job of increasing mankind’s numbers, or packing us into a smaller field? We have reproduced at an incredible rate; the growth continues every year by leaps and bounds. In reality, humankind is little more than a gargantuan self perpetuating crop. We act the same way as weeds in the garden; depriving the life and sustenance from the rest of plot. At the rate we’re going, it’s only a short time away before our numbers will demand more resources than we possess, or have room to produce. We’ll look like pigs in a pen from a galactic point of view. It also appears that we all know this to be true and factual, but are genetically predisposed not to worry, or create any provisions, to stop the inevitable from happening. How can we possibly view ourselves globally and not realize the population problem we’ve created? Why would such an intelligent species be so ignorant to the fact, we’re headed to an End; that our actions are creating this very End? It’s like we’re programmed to ignore the reality of the situation we’re continuously creating. When you view us from that point of view; we’re nothing more than a parasitic form of livestock. (Ripe for the Harvest)
