Some shortcut of an article published by CNN, looks like more "alien type"of topics appear due to World Earth Day by reading some of them i traced links to official sites with documents. And its claimed like vast majority of EU countries admit that they do have govermental dpt taking care of keeping an eye over UFO contact... so far i found one, where British goverement published official documentary from years 1987 - 1993.
