Hello Paul,

I agree with you that is either we have a ban on contact or we have been contacted, but governments hid the information from us. In both cases we are in a primitive state of development (or we are kept in such state) as individuals can be much more developed than others.
I tend to incline to believe that are forces interested in keeping us in an undeveloped state, or at least block our evolution.

i guess this is still small difference between human and bacteria; plus all data shows even bacteries can be helpful, its only a matter of KNOWLEDGE which are those good one...

So by applying the same rule to humans u would might find out not all of them are that much "primitive"...

and i didnt know that using 'stereotypes' and short cut thinking of "they all are irrational" is applied also to 'higher' races which you appear to be ... with this its just shows you have much more in common with us, humans...

If you look from government point of view you can probably say this (if irrational is actions against most of the people and only for a few).
If you look from a person point of view you cannot say this as there are both types (irrational and rational).
And is also a matter of how you define irrational
